I’m Heather Rae Mitchell, and EPIC Yoga is where movement becomes a journey of healing and self-connection. My practice is rooted in Vinyasa Flow, where each class feels like butter—a smooth, intentional dance between expansion and contraction. I guide you through foundations that open your body, allowing you to move with ease and grace. My flows are designed to connect breath to movement, creating a rhythm that feels as natural as breathing.

In addition to Vinyasa, I teach Somatic Yoga, which focuses on settling the nervous system and returning to your center. This practice is about gently releasing tension, finding calm, and reconnecting with your body’s natural wisdom. Through slow, mindful movement, we explore what it means to be present in your body and allow space for healing. My aim is to guide you through each pose with purpose, creating a supportive environment where you can tune into your own rhythm, expand, and find stillness.
